Be your own boss by working in the exciting and competitive real estate market.  Whether you study best in the classroom or in the privacy and independence of your own home, NGTC can provide your Real Estate Prelicense Education needs.  The final exam is administered at all three campuses during regular business hours and by appointment.

The Real Estate Pre-Licensing classroom course will be offered on both the Blairsville & Clarkesville campuses.  This 10-week course will prepare you to take the Georgia Real Estate Commission Exam to become a licensed agent.  Attendance is mandatory. Cost:  $530 (includes book); 80 hours.
Clarkesville:  Mondays & Thursdays, 7/14-9/22, 5:30P-10P
Blairsville:  Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7/10-9/18, 5:30P-10P

NGTC also offers computer aided independent study courses to prepare you to take the Georgia Real Estate Commission exam to become a licensed agent.  From the time of purchase, you may have up to one year to complete. For those persons with Real Estate licenses, continuing education independent study courses are also available.
